Monthly contract: African maid AED 2,800 per month, Asian maid AED 3,500 per month. Live-out adds AED 1,200 per month, charged upfront. Annual contracts need an undated AED 5,000 security cheque upfront. Where applicable, a qualification tip for your maid is added to the monthly invoice. All prices exclude 5% VAT.

Every package includes Expat Maids sponsorship, a 2-year residence visa, work permit, medical testing, Emirates ID, 2-year health insurance, an ATM salary card, your maid's monthly salary, end-of-service benefits and free replacement.

Yes. All domestic workers undergo essential training in housekeeping, communication, and cultural awareness in compliance with the Ministry of Labour's requirements before placement.

Your maid can support with general housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, ironing, cooking, grocery management, and overall home organization. Duties like childcare and elderly care are available for maids who are properly certified.

Your maid must have 12 hours of rest a day, including 8 continuous hours, and one full day off each week. Overtime is paid at 1.25 per hour or given as time off. She is entitled to up to 15 days of medical leave a year. You must accrue 2 vacation days per month for her, or schedule them post-contract; vacation can be split into two 15-day periods with consent. You must provide a private room, meals, toiletries and work supplies. If she does not like the food, you must provide her with ingredients. Never assign hazardous work, and treat her professionally and respectfully.

Your domestic worker's health insurance covers 80% of clinic and hospital visit costs and 70% of prescribed medication costs. She can access over 700 approved clinics, more than 30 approved hospitals, and over 2,000 approved pharmacies across the UAE, plus 24/7 online and phone support from the health insurance network provider.

Yes. Drivers and nannies are classified as domestic workers under UAE law, so we are eligible to sponsor them under the same packages. Contact us to discuss your specific requirements.

Yes, if your maid agrees. You arrange her visa, return flight and travel insurance, and she must return to the UAE with you. Trips are limited to 45 days, and you must share your itinerary with Expat Maids. A Travel NOC from our side is generally required when applying for your maid’s visit visa to most countries. You will also need to provide one undated security cheque of AED 30,000 to ensure the maid’s return to the UAE. This cheque will be returned to you once she is back in the country.

We only require a copy of your passport, residence visa, and Emirates ID. This is significantly less documentation compared to private sponsorship.

Yes. We offer a direct hire service and can facilitate the full process of bringing a Filipino maid from the Philippines to the UAE, including recruitment, contract attestation, and travel arrangements.
