Recruitment Questions Answered

Recruitment from Kenya or Uganda is AED 6,500, and from the Philippines is AED 12,000. All fees are subject to 5% VAT. These fees cover the full process with no hidden costs.

The fee includes recruitment and candidate screening, orientation on UAE laws and domestic worker rights, initial medical exam and pregnancy test in the home country, travel clearance, flight ticket to the UAE, and all contract attestations between the UAE and the worker's home country.

Our process starts with you sharing your household requirements with us. We then present you with a pool of pre-screened, experienced workers to review. You choose your preferred candidate, and we handle all the paperwork, travel, and compliance steps from there.

All candidates undergo document verification, a medical exam and pregnancy test, and an orientation on UAE labour law and worker rights before deployment. We follow ethical recruitment practices in compliance with UAE labour law.

All recruitment packages come with a 2-year guarantee that includes free maid replacements or a money-back option, giving you complete peace of mind throughout the contract period.

We currently recruit from Kenya, Uganda, and the Philippines. As a recognised provider under the UAE Tanmia Project, we also have access to a wider pool of nationalities for specialised care roles. Contact us for current availability.

Within the 2-year guarantee period, we offer free replacements. Where a suitable replacement cannot be provided, a money-back option is available. Our support team will work with you to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

You are responsible for processing the entry permit. For expat employers, the cost is AED 4,000, which includes the AED 2,000 immigration deposit. For Emirati and GCC employers, the cost is approximately AED 600. Once the maid enters the UAE, the remaining visa procedures such as the medical test, Emirates ID, and residence visa stamping must be completed within one month of entry. Applicable typing fees will be charged accordingly.

Before departure, all workers receive an orientation covering UAE labour law, domestic worker rights and obligations, cultural awareness, and basic household skills training to ensure they arrive prepared and compliant.

Contract attestation is the official certification of the employment contract by the worker's home country government. It is required by countries such as the Philippines as proof that the worker is leaving voluntarily under fair and legal conditions. We handle all attestations on your behalf.

If a worker fails the UAE medical fitness test upon arrival, we will coordinate next steps in line with our guaranteed policy, which may include a re-test or a replacement candidate. Our team will handle all coordination with medical centres.
