Network
NAS Value Lite Network
Out-patient access is restricted to clinics only.
Age Limit
Up to 64 years
Cover is available up to 64 years of age.
Annual Limit
AED 150,000
The annual maximum limit (AML) is AED 150,000.
Area of Cover
UAE + home country
Coverage applies in the UAE and home country. Only in-patient treatment is covered in the home country; out-patient treatment is not.
Out-Patient
20% co-insurance
GP consultation, and specialist consultation on referral from a GP, are subject to 20% co-insurance.
In-Patient
20% co-insurance
20% co-insurance applies to all in-patient services, capped at AED 500 per claim and AED 1,000 in aggregate per year.
Lab Tests & X-Ray
Covered, 20% co-pay
Lab tests and X-rays are covered with a 20% co-pay.
Pharmacy
AED 2,500 per year
Medicines are covered up to AED 2,500 per year, including co-insurance. 30% co-insurance applies, subject to the DHA-approved formulary.
Pre-Existing Conditions
6-month waiting period
A 6-month waiting period applies to pre-existing conditions.
Optical
Not covered
Optical cover is not included.
Dental
AED 500 per year
Dental is covered up to AED 500 per person per year. Out-patient dental treatment is subject to 30% co-insurance per visit.
Alternative Medicine
Not covered
Alternative medicines are not covered.
Hospitals Covered
Clinic access only
There is no direct access to hospitals. Direct access is available to clinics as per the network list.
